PROVISION OF SERVICES BY CeeThru RESEARCH TECHNOLOGIES

AsisViews is committed to continuous improvement to deliver the best user experience. You acknowledge that the form and nature of AsisViews’ services may change without prior notice.
As part of ongoing innovation, AsisViews may, at its sole discretion, permanently or temporarily stop providing services (or specific features) to you or all users without prior notice. You may stop using AsisViews at any time without needing to notify AsisViews.
If AsisViews disables your account, you may lose access to the services, account details, or any stored content.
AsisViews may set limits on transmissions or storage space for services at its discretion, even if no fixed limits currently exist.

Information obtained will be accurate or reliable.
Software defects will be corrected.
Any material downloaded is at your discretion and risk, and you are responsible for any resulting damage or data loss. No advice or information from AsisViews creates any warranty not expressly stated.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so only lawful limitations apply, with liability limited to the maximum extent permitted.

JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Indian law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India, for disputes related to AsisViews. Use of the website is unauthorized in jurisdictions that do not recognize these Terms.

ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY

Account deletion is irreversible, with no recovery of data or settings. For security and anti-fraud purposes, your mobile number will be retained for 2 years to prevent duplicate account creation, stored securely and used only for verification.

REFUND POLICY & SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

For paid services, AsisViews offers 10-day or monthly subscription plans, payable via methods listed on asisviews.com.

Monthly subscribers: Cancel via the Plan page by selecting “End Plan.” Access continues until the plan’s end date, with no refunds for payments made.
Longer-duration plans: Payments are non-refundable.
